Throwing Stones at the Stars

So much of my work and – so much of your work could never be verbally articulated

Countless times––clients, program participants, and EDEN members have come to me to express that what I share, though potentially quite meaningful to them, doesn't do an ounce of justice to the experience of it. To the reservoirs of knowledge hungrily learned and experience humbly gained — all combining to create something more beautiful than words can tell.

What I share in the windows, whether through my writings, on sales pages, or in other mediums, is a mere drop of a vast ocean. An ocean that could never be captured.

Your work is a holy land that doesn't want to be entirely explained. A misty forest that can only be known by walking into it. An ancient alpine lake that has, amidst droves of visitors, remained turquoise and pristine.

I have had the great honor of working with thousands of people who, though they might have 'offerings' — are offerings unto themselves.

A recurring theme is––how do I market this ocean?
How do I share about these sites in a way that honors that the sacred and the secret are sisters?
How do I make something ineffable, effervescent, and timeless — make sense in linear time?

Know this: everywhere you look, someone will promise you the way

The right should. The perfect plan. The newest best strategy.

Make it make sense. Don't try and make it make sense. Make your content digestible. This strategy is dead, and I have the new one. Say less. Say more. Don't use that voice. Use only one voice. Share more reels and videos—nobody cares about writing anymore. Send emails. Don't send emails. You have to be on TikTok––it's where all the young people are. Nobody uses Facebook. Instagram is dead. Attention spans are dwindling. Go quicker. Move faster. Higher quantity, lower quality. Nobody will notice that you don't care about what you're saying as long as you keep saying something.

Take a deep breath (or 3) and clear every should, way, and how that doesn't belong to you or doesn't need to be in your system from your space.

This space, where you have space, is where all that is real and true unfolds. And when it comes to your work, meeting yourself here time and time again—is a non-negotiable.

Your living way, right now, calling you inwards and outwards

This will not always be easy. You will be guided into pathways that defy what everyone else is saying. You will be called to share or not share in ways that light up stuck moments in time, telling you this isn't safe. Life will ruthlessly ask you to look into its eyes. You will kick and scream when you realize what’s in the way is the way. Until you finally get that this, too, is your work. There was never a separation between any of it.

You might find that in existing this way, things get outwardly quiet. Fewer people care when you're not frantically trying to keep up. Less attention is placed on you when you're not driven by fear and pain—predominant energies in the business world. As the energy grows in potency, the explanation, or lack thereof, deepens in subtlety.

Yet, in this quiet, still place—you will begin to sense a fertile symphony surrounding you. That, my friend, is your divine naturalness. That is the wisdom of your work coming alive in staccato sunbeams, classical waterfalls, and drumming old growths.

You, engaging yourself and Life on their terms and the non-negotiable transformation that happens in and through that is making music. These melodies are auditory mirrors of resonance that offer a timeless entry point into that which is real.

People don't have to fully get it or understand it. In fact, most won't.

This not really knowing but curiously turning towards is a mirror for the essence of our existence

Trying to fully articulate your work's breadth, nuance, and richness; needing everyone to understand, see it all, and see all of you — Dear One, is throwing stones at the stars. It's pointing at the Moon. Try as you may; the Mystery is meant to be ineffable. The Tao that can be named is not the eternal Tao.

Next time you feel yourself getting pulled into the swamp of should's, I hope you remember this. I hope you remember you.

Saying hello to the depths and heights of who you are and what pours through you in the best way I can.

I swear to you there are divine things more beautiful than words can tell
